Suppose you want to highlight any sales
above $1000.
Click on the field you want to highlight
(i.e., AMOUNT) then from the pop-up
menu (right-click in Windows) choose
Conditional Formatting.
In the Conditional Formatting and Format Exception dialog boxes, define the desired conditions and formatting.
