Language specific domains

For the following languages only a subset of the valid values of FETCH_TYPE apply.

The languages shown above are only those where a limited subset of the valid values, or no valid values at all, apply. For any language not listed above, the full set of valid values is applicable.

This distinction as to which valid values are "applicable" is solely for UI purposes to enable the tools to provide the user with visual feedback as to the sensible values to chose in the context of the language of the module.
