Element Type Name SECONDARY_ACCESS_ELEMENT
Short Name SAC
Description Supertype encompassing those element types that are not usages or
intersections but which require a PRIMARY_ACCESS_ELEMENT for context.
For example COLUMN requires the context of a TABLE_DEFINITION and
ATTRIBUTE requires the context of an ENTITY
